Special Republic Day,On Republic day we thought to spent our day with PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED Children's and according to our Leaders (Mahantesh, Basavraj) plan as a follower (Shekhar and I).
Afternoon we reached to "Blind Children School" for performing leadership activity. I am familiar with Physically Challenged children's but this is the new experience for me.
Republic Day Special event
First we approached to School Teacher for getting permission and he told he dint have authority to give permission to us. Than we asked from whom we have to take permission, he has given principle number Mahantesh has called on principle mobile number and took permission for performing activity.
While entering inside the school all Children excited to who were we, and some of them trying to listen our walking sound. According to their teacher instructions children gathered in particular place. Even though they blind but their inner eyes able to identify the spot where they had to gather.Our COHORT-I fellows has performed some activities on that spot so it was easy to identify us to them, But their is a need of formal introduction. We introduced our self to Children and after us they introduced.
First Mahantesh has conducted "Laughing Game", the game rule is children's had to laugh Kannada Owels, by this exercise we got wonder result all excitedly participated in this Game, it attracted their interest towards us.
After that Shekhar and I conducted a game "Clapping game" this game was having a massage to them, be aware in any situation, specially while crossing road. Their feed back also involved this sentence. lastly there is no rain but they involved "Rain game".
Till that time Baswaraj has collected organisation related information.
Lastly we distributed chocolates to those children's and they wished us for Republic Day. This event was great experience.
